Rousing the People

It looks like you intend to modify the turn order to be more suited to the flow of a PBE sort of environment, which is fine and makes sense, of course. Even so, I think, for portability purposes, you should define things as taking place in a more standard kingdom way and then outline the methodology for changing things based on the PBE environment in which you wish to run the game, but that's just my $0.02. --Ryecatcher15

My intention is to direct my intended play group to this wiki in order to get them up to speed on the full rules set. To that end, I plan on setting up everything to reflect the way that the game will be being played as opposed to the way it is normally intended to be played. If this proves to be a successful endeavor then I plan on rewriting it to make it more in keeping with the way the game actually works. For now, though, I think I want the super simple version.

Also, I am not good at doing what you are suggesting. At the very least not in writing.

Checks

I note that Loyalty has two different checks that can be made for it. Economy could, thus, benefit from, at the least, the addition of the Trade Route edict. I think this would help round it out. Ideally, I'd like to see at least two uses for everything. --Ryecatcher15

Yes, Yes, Yes you want the trade route edict! I understand! I'm working on it!

Seriously though, there are two reasons for the two different loyalty check options. First and foremost they are both just optional. Theoretically speaking, you could go through a game and never make a Loyalty check. You don't actually have to if you don't get an event that calls for it. Thus I wanted to make an innate benefit to having a solid loyalty beyond just being generally prepared.

Second, with the way I have unrest working, you could simply use the regular method of automatically reducing unrest to generate build points. This doesn't make sense in the flavor so I made a new ability that better explains the effect. And, while I was at it, I also made it less punishing so that it is an option actually worth taking. (New unrest rule: Reducing unrest below zero gives you build points 1-for-1.)

Semantic and Syntactic Edits

I will go through later -when I have more time and effort to put into it- and try to standardize syntax and semantics.

I would appreciate it as this is not my forte.
