Freddie Gibson

Skinny white guy in his late 40’s with patchy brown hair with a sun-bleached look to it. His mein shows him to have loose skin and liver spots speckling his body. He has a long, hooked red nose. Sells pills and heroin, with some access to psychedelics. A libertarian idealist, he chooses his clients and accompanies his dope with Oaths that benefit him. He only sells to those who know what they’re in for. Sells to mortals as his day job.
