A shadowy figure in a trench coat - scrawny and of average height; somehow of a bygone era before before everything - a classic fedora with cocktail feather, but a modern leather trenchcoat with buckles and straps and a really ugly sweater.

• Mk. quite evidently dislikes and distrusts him - has been keeping eyes on him. Probably the time rations were running low and he ate all his food immediately to carry it more easily, while Mk carried his around.
