Trick Or Treat: Character Creation Rules

Characters for Dragon's Lair Trick Or Treat must follow these rules:
- 5e D&D Characters of 8th level
- 500gp starting wealth
- 27 point buy
- A flavorful background choice
- No third party sources unless pre-approved.
- Some MM and DMG choices are not permitted. The following list is not exhaustive:
- No lycan characters unless playing solo
- Unearthed Arcana resources have to be pre-approved
The pregens on the D&D website are permitted as-is, if you do not want to build a character or would prefer to use them as a starting point.
