The Church of Infinite Brightness is a small cult that reveres the Magnimonoius Kal'el, a prophet they say could lead the world to enlightenment.

They claim, among other things, that the world was created in 2001 (with apparent age) by a group of powerful evil exarchs as a prison for souls, and that this world will sink into oblivion in 2011 if the exarchs are not stopped. Enter Kal'el aka Keith Chesterfield, the great prophet who came from the world of the exarchs to sabotage their plans. Allegedly, the exarchs could not create a world without certain elements in it - elements that could potentially lead man out of the darkness. In order to mitigate the necessary risk involved in this, they instead disguised these elements as fiction.

Thus, the church follows the prophet in incorporating these into their life as he reveals these elements, all hidden in fiction and mythology produced before the year 2001. They meet in a building that was a former Church of Christ Scientist Reading Room, incidentally nested between a Mosque and a Church of Scientology.

Kal'el claims, among other things, that he is capable of miracles and is invincible. Regardless of the veracity (or lack thereof) of any claim he makes, it is impossible to deny that the man has a genuinely inspiring effect no those who listen to him and endows them with a sense of wellbeing.

They maintain a website that is slightly more impressive and professional than the official news of North Korea.
