To create a standard World of Darkness character, copy the following text block into the new article where you wish to create the character. For each entry, enter the pertinent information after the = sign. Example:<br />

Note that the <pre><nowiki><!-- --></nowiki></pre> is a comment with no effect that explains the purpose of each field - it may be safely removed or ignored, provided that the entire tag remains intact. Every entry is optional - technically, you could produce a character without using any of them, but it would be incredibly stark.<br />

The last section, with standard headers, is optional. You can use a unique layout for character profiles if you like, but it's not recommended, and you should expect them to be more-or-less standardized.<br />
