House rules are typically on a per-campaign basis, so they should probably be added as a sub-header under each campaign to which they apply. If you wanted to get really fancy, you could make articles for each house rule and then mark the campaigns to which they are applicable. -- [[User:Ryecatcher15|Ryecatcher15]]
