The Doors of True Sight was the first tile in the dungeon. To reach the tile the characters had to climb 30 ft. up the side of the Tallowheart Mountain (DC 10 Athletics).

The Doors of True Sight featured a set of double doors with three slots for tiles. A Perception check DC 15 revealed 6 holes around the edge of the entrance.
